MBS-HACCP&ACQUE Easy test by Micro Biological Survey (MBS) is a fast colorimetric method – and a device – for selective microbial detection and count in agro-food products and in environment.
Its main features are:
- It is 2 to 5 folds faster than traditional methods based on microbial replication.
- It measures the catalytic activity of redox enzymes of the main metabolic pathways of bacteria, allowing an unequivocal correlation between the observed enzymatic activity and the number of viable cells present in the samples.
